Negative experience: Unclear of operating locations on the website. Had to travel to the lesson. Instructor was not very encouraging which made lessons stressful

Fantastic experience: I did the intensive driving course with Rick from passmaster. Not only did he have me driving confidently after just two weeks but he also found a test for me at the end of those two weeks! He’s very encouraging and supportive and all round nice guy. 100% recommend.

Fantastic experience: Automatic lessons with Paul. I booked an intensive course with 25 hours prior to my test. Paul was friendly, supportive and made me feel comfortable and helped me to build my confidence with driving. I used to dread driving but I looked forward to my lessons! Paul is a great teacher, and ensured I was learning how to be a safe driver. I passed my test with no minors!

Negative experience: My experience with Pass masters is somewhat mixed. Although I passed first time with only two minors in theory I should write a glowing review. However i arranged a driving test in April 2024 for June which suited my instructor, due to the pandemic backlog there was very limited dates, which the next ones not available until November. The date I had booked I wasn't actually available and I needed to swap my shifts at work to get it off. Two weeks before my driving test I messaged my driving instructor confirming he was still available and he replied that he wasn't available and needed more time with me to see if I was ready to pass a test. I personally felt I was ready and having recently purchased a car with my fiance I'd been practicing many hours together with her supervising which they where aware off. I was able to take the test with my car, with my fiance having to swap her shifts at work to get that day off to take me. I was also not shown all the manuvers I needed, which my fiance showed me, and I was never asked what I would like to do on lessons. (Edit)Just discovered someone passed at the same time as me from the same instructor, so clearly they had double booked them selfs, not very professional after spending nearly £1000 on lessons

Fantastic experience: I had Paul as my driving instructor, and I passed my test at first attempt last Thursday. He's a fantastic instructor, and has a great way of teaching, very honest, full of driving knowledge, and easy to get along with. The lessons never felt like a typical, what I imagine, driving lesson to be like, as we would have a great conversation and laugh, whilst I'm learning how to drive, which is one of the best ways I personally learn. I highly recommend going with Passmaster, and if you're learning Auto hopefully you'll get Paul. Cheers Paul.

Fantastic experience: I’ve been a learner driver for 28 years on and off and finally at 47 years young decided to book an intensive course with Paul. After a week of long lessons I passed my test first time, with only 1 minor! Paul instantly makes you feel at ease, we had many laughs and he’s very calm, encouraging and patient. Fantastic experience: I had 20 hours or lessons with Ivan after having not driven for over 5 years. I was very nervous when looking for an instructor that they may try to rip me off (I had been quoted as needing 40-50 hours with other driving schools). However, Ivan has been brilliant! He has constantly encouraged me to take my test when ready and after 2 months I have just passed with 0 minors. Overall I can't recommend them enough!!!

Fantastic experience: I started my driving lessons with Paul in August 2022. Communication with him was clear even before we started the lessons. He gave me enough information about the driving lessons which provided the opportunity to plan my days accordingly. He made the actual lessons easy to get through with his interesting stories. Taught me all I needed to know, emphasised on the points I had to improve on, encouraged me every time I made mistakes and praised me when I did something well. I looked forward to our lessons each week. We practised a lot of the test routes in order to get me test ready, which was helpful and calmed my nerves on the actual day. He was supportive and gave me a breakdown on the proceedings of test day and I felt ready. I was pleased to pass my test on the first try. Fantastic experience: I drove with Mark for many lessons, often with a telling off for making silly mistakes followed by conversations of the most disgusting things we'd seen online! Mark is absolutely the most patient instructor, he really breaks things down to make it easier to understand as well as giving us acronyms and abbreviations to really cement the manoeuvres. It was a delight to learn with Mark and i would absolutely recommend to anyone looking to drive of any ability..you won't regret it! i was unsuccessful in my first test but Mark was ready for me to come back and try again, passing on my second attempt with 3 minors so not bad at all! thankyou for the wild..but safe..ride into driving!

Fantastic experience: My Mum has had a driving license since 2007 however, she's right side driver. She came to England and she had to have a few refresher lessons as she needed to get used to drive on the left side of the road. Robbie Kenny was her Instructor and quite simply, I couldn't recommend him enough: he's patient, friendly and he gave my Mum the confidence too start driving on her own very quick, which is not an easy thing to do. So, I strongly recommend Robbie Kenny to my other friends and acquaintances as he is just BRILLIANT!

Fantastic experience: Paul was a fantastic instructor! I couldn’t recommend him highly enough. I struggled with confidence at driving and he was patient but also pushed me when needed.
