Fantastic experience: There are a few bad reviews on here, they are completely untrue. I've never had a bad smell in that car, so ignore those (if anything I am the bad smell in that car LMAO (the heat recently has been terrible)), and Jusna sends regular reminders of lessons, even texted me when she was outside today. She is extremely calm and collected, kind and open, and explains everything beautifully, even letting me have breaks every now and again. She is extremely thoughtful and we often have lovely deep chats before and after lessons which really helps me relax. I've only had three lessons so far and I'm already far more comfortable on the road, with two more lessons to go. I've gone from only a cbt on a moped and no experience, to getting to 3rd gear and going around roundabouts in just 6 hours worth of lessons. I already feel I can do this and shes boosted my confidence every lesson with support. Even with some challenges on the road she has supported and kept me calm and concentrated. Soon I'll get my head around the gears some more, but already I feel I have learnt so much. I definitely recommend, especially for people who may be nervous or unique in learning style. She is extremely open to anyone different too, so definitely a good choice.

Fantastic experience: I passed with 2 minors and Jusna is the most amazing driving instructor I’ve ever had! She’s extremely patient and talks me through any things I did not understand using pictures so I had a visual representation of what is required of me. I would highly recommend her as she made me feel so comfortable driving as an anxious learner and I saw huge amounts of progress with her each and every lesson!!!

Negative experience: Some time ago,I used to take some lessons with her,however,I discontinued them and switched to another company due to the recurring unpleasant odors in her car.If you don't have a sensitive gag reflex,then everything is fine. Update: Instead of addressing all your negative reviews,where you claim there's no record of such of about the person, I would reccomend considering seeking professional advice,such as consulting with a doctor or psychologist.Both can offer valuable insights. One can help address any physical concerns,while the other can provide guidance on interpersonal interactions,especially in confined spaces with strangers. Aromatherapy or similar activities are better suited for a home environment rather than a workplace.While I understand that age might not be on your side,it's important to maintain a level of respect and professionalism when dealing with clients, Jusna. Fantastic experience: I'm so grateful I'm one of Jusna's students. She amazed me from the very first lesson! Every lesson we spent together, I felt like I learnt and progressed so much. Most importantly, I changed from a novice + nervous wreck learner to a calm driver. I have never thought I would be excited for driving lessons to start with. A few things about Jusna's ways of teaching that I really appreciate: - She's really really calm. She reads your mood well and knows exactly how to tame it. - She gives super clear instructions, brief and concise. And her teaching is packed with smart tips. I have to say, these tips are game changers for me. I have only got them from her, but no other instructors I were with previously. It definitely comes from her rich experience! - She's so encouraging. You don't feel embarrassed or pressured after making a mistake, because she would calmly explain what/why went wrong and how to improve it. You gain confidence and achieve good progress afterwards, thanks to Jusna's skilled teaching. For perspective, I did 9 hour with another instructor and barely managed to make left turn ok (in one same location). After 10 hour with Jusna (as of today), I've done: driving out on main road, turning left + right at junctions and roundabout, passing and stopping at traffic lights, reversing. Jusna is also great at time-keeping and scheduling. She's never missed or cancelled a lesson. She committed to deliver weekly lesson to me, whereas previous instructor constantly changed or shortened lessons last minutes. If you're looking to learn to drive, I wish you get the opportunity to learn with Jusna.

Negative experience: Ring them they don’t answer the phone. Then they tell you to text them and they never answer the texts. Imagine what they are like when you’ve already given them money!!! Avoid at all costs, unprofessional.

I've been able to have lessons at the weekends, something that few instructors I've seen will offer. Every lesson has felt very productive, whether it be ensuring full understanding of a previous concept, or pushing the boundaries into something new. Jusna will make sure to explain scenarios that come up during the lesson as well as review what has been previously covered. This reflection helps you become a much better driver. Her car also feels great to drive.

Fantastic experience: Finding an instructor can be very stressful, and once I had a first lesson, I knew that she could help me get my licence and she was the perfect instructor. She is very good because she does not put you under pressure that other instructors do, so you will have the confidence to drive, and not make mistakes. Also she lets you move at your own pace, so you actually remember what you done last lesson and you can make the process how you want, which is crucial in my opinion because I can remember the things that I learnt and apply them to the next lessons. I passed first time at the beginning !!!!

Fantastic experience: Searching for a driving instructor can be stressful in itself. Finding an instructor who you can feel relaxed around and comfortable with is even harder. I definitely struck lucky. I knew before taking lessons that I would like a female instructor because let's face it, we can talk about anything for hours and still learn at the same time. Jusna is very passionate about her job and it definitely shows in her teaching. I struggle with self confidence and Jusna has helped me blossom with each lesson taken, even with covid interrupting at times! Every query, every doubt I had we talked things through until I was happy and understood exactly what had to be done. I can not thank Jusna enough for all her time, patience and skills shared with me during my time learning. I'm so happy to say with all of the above in mind Jusna helped me pass first time and I'm am so very grateful. Amazing instructor and most importantly Amazing lady

Negative experience: She did not specify that she doesn't do automatic driving lesson. She did not send a confirmation of the booking or a reminder. She took the money and spoke very rudely when asked for a refund. This is the worst experience I have had with a driving instructor. All the 5 star reviews here is deceiving.

Fantastic experience: Jusna has exceeded my expectation being my driving instructor. I feel very relaxed all throughout our sessions. She challenges me and at the same time guides me during difficult situations. I really appreciate it a lot! Her teaching technique has lessened my anxiety when driving. I highly recommend her for all first-time drivers out there! In fact, my wife is already thinking of doing lessons with her in the near future!

Fantastic experience: Jusna has been an awesome driving instructor for me which makes me very lucky. She is very patient and she is able to take the nervousness/anxiety away once you are in the car with her, which definitely helps with progression overtime. She goes into great detail of the type of driving lesson that will happen on the day and often she will demonstrate what needs to be done. Being with her, you can tell that she puts a lot of effort into the lessons and has a lot of support and belief for her students, as this can help with driving confidence. Learning to drive should not feel daunting, but with her, she can make it fun and enjoyable, whilst making great progression, making you more eager to start the new lesson. I would and will 100% recommend anyone whether it be friends/family or someone on the street, to learn to drive under Jusna!
