Fantastic experience: Eddie is the best instructor you can get. Extremely thorough and by the book. Another thing is he explains things very well and answers any questions you have. On top of this, you can also have a bit of banter which is great. I started my lessons with Eddie on the the 8th of June and reached out stating I was going to be a father soon and needed to pass my test by November. He did warn me this was a very big ask but if I was fully committed I could potentially pass. All my lessons where 2h long and near the end I had 3 days where I did 4h each day to squeeze as much driving as I could in. I was lucky enough to also learn in someone else's car to get more practice in. I passed first time today on the 8th of November with 3 minor faults. If you want a trustworthy driving instructor who is going to be fully transparent with you, then choose Grant's driving school.

Fantastic experience: I recently had the pleasure of taking driving lessons at Grant's School of Motoring, and I can't recommend them highly enough! The experience was fantastic from start to finish. My instructor, Eddie, was incredibly patient and knowledgeable, making each lesson enjoyable and informative. Fantastic experience: Absolutely brilliant instructor, right from the get go he will go through everything with you in detail until you understand it. He has been doing it all his life he understands what needs to be done with every new learner he comes across which has made me pass first time. I Can't thank him enough and you can have a proper laugh with him he’s a great guy I would recommend Eddie to anyone.

Fantastic experience: Eddie is an amazing instructor. I loved how he explained everything with such a calm tone and was very clear with instructions. He always made sure to get you confident in areas that needed improving by allowing you time to revisit as many times as needed. He also has a marking sheet to visually track your progress which is handy. He's great to get along with and found it easy to have a laugh and chat with over the past year. I also passed first time and believe this was all down to the style Eddie teaches. Everything is covered and only puts you for your test when you're ready :)

Fantastic experience: I started driving with Eddie last autumn being a total beginner and passed first time today with only 4 minors. Not only is Eddie a truly masterful instructor who understands the needs of a learner driver but he is also just a thoroughly decent person with a terrific sense of humour. I never once felt uneasy or overtly stressed when in the car and that is testament to Eddies expert tutelage. I couldn't recommend Grants school of motoring more, there isn't a better instructor in the area than Eddie. Despite obviously being delighted I passed today I will miss my lessons.

Fantastic experience: I've been learning to drive with Eddie for nearly a year now and today was my test and I past first time. The past year has been challenging at times for me whilst driving but with Eddie showing me and telling me step by step on what needs doing and how to do perfectly, I was able to pass with flying colours. Eddie is such a nice man and makes you feel welcome and comfortable as soon as you get in the car with him and from the first time he meets you he will already be committed to getting you to test ready. I'm so glad I picked Grant's driving school to get me to the point where now I can drive with confidence.

Fantastic experience: I struggled a lot with my confidence when I first started driving and found it hard to improve especially due to having to stop lessons during lockdowns. However, Eddie really helped me through this and managed to get me to pass my test to a high standard. Fantastic experience: I have driven automatic cars on the right hand side of the road for years but not manual cars. Driving a manual car on the left lane was very challenging for me. Eddie patiently and calmly helped me all the way. I passed first time. I strongly recommend Grants driving school, their pass rate is very high.
