My instructor was soo strict and that made me sit up because even though I was driving I was clueless about the actual safety part. Each lesson was good and I liked the method used where he would use his ipad with images of the roundabouts/cross roads we had done and went over what could be improved. Negative experience: I had an very unfortunate experience with Rashed. As a new anxious learner taking his very first lesson, Rashed made me feel very uncomfortable and didn’t support me at all. Instead of teaching me the right way to do certain things such as how to steer he made me open my phone and watch youtube tutorials. He got very aggravated if I made a mistake and even swore a few times which made me even more anxious and scared to proceed. As the lesson progressed, he became much ruder in his tone and in a few instances replied back in a sarcastic manner whenever I asked questions. If any of you guys encounter this side of Rashed in ur first lesson or so, I highly recommend not to continue driving with him and find a different instructor

Fantastic experience: Preparing for my test with Rashed was excellent, from start to finish. I did an accelerated course with him, in which we managed to squeeze 12 hours of training into the two weeks before my test. I passed the first time, with plenty of breathing room on minor faults! For context, I've been driving since I was 15 (now 35) but I'm American and needed help acclimating to the roads in England. Rashed is knowledgable, patient, friendly, and thorough. He's clearly refined his methods and has a great understanding of where the examiners are likely to take you on your test. Learning is still hard work: He will push you and will highlight all of your mistakes, but he always made sure I understood what I did wrong and told me how to correct it. Sometimes several times if I was being thick. But when he says you're ready for your test, you'll know you're ready! Very happy with my experience. Highly recommend learning with Rashed. The whole experience was very professional, we would plan the schedule of our lessons ahead and he was always very organized.
