All the ladies in the offices are always fantastic on offering help if unsure with anything cause I know I had a few silly questions, onto Ian when doing my mod 4 absolutely fantastic guy had a great laugh whilst teaching us everything we needed to know and more between him paul and all the ladies in the team couldn't thank them all enough for everything they did for me! Even barney coming for a fuss when you had a poor day!

Fantastic experience: If you are reading this review you are probably considering some sort of driver training that PFS has to offer, as someone who has just completed a 2 week course with PFS, you may find this review helpful. First of all let me mention the staff, Diane, Hayley and Sarah who work at PFS have been absolutely incredible throughout, rarely have I witnessed such people who really do and have gone above and beyond not only to make people feel so welcome, but they have all the tools to give trainees all the confidence and help they need to get them through, they are there every step of the way and seem to have no limits on how much help they are willing to give to anyone at any point through their training, they are very understanding and it really does show. Ian, one of the driver trainers, never stops smiling and is a joy to be around, again so helpful, great guy. Paul who owns PFS with Sarah, never have I met anyone with such a calm demeanour, so so welcoming, I cannot imagine there is any other examiner out there who has the ability to make you as relaxed and calm as Paul does, he has been nothing short of incredible as all of them have. A big thank you to Steve who was my driving Instructor, very thorough, got me through some tight spots, I was most impressed putting up with me for 2 weeks and being so patient! Last but not least, I have to mention Barney the dog, very friendly, loves to walk around and say hello to everyone, loves his belly rubs too : )..all in all to sum up this review, PFS is like one big happy family and they treat everyone who walks through their door as nothing less, you can't put a price on that and is worth more it's weight in gold, moving forward I wil definitely miss everyone at PFS, I honesty wish I could do it all again.

Fantastic experience: How it all started was last November 2023 I thought about looking into hgv driving I rang three places up n the last one being premier fleet solutions I spoke with Paul Martin on a few occasions and he was really a down to earth guy really happy with every conversation I had with him I ended up being accepted for a boot skills course through the government we started the course in January/ February where a met his wife Sarah Martin who did our first class room introduction she was lovely has we progressed through the course they was always there to help if we needed it (very helpful) after I passed my module 2 I then passed my theory tests then I did my module 4 which I passed after that we started to learn about the actual wagon we was going to be learning in which I said to Paul I've a massive phobia with the wagon my first 3 lessons I was petrified but having Paul at side of me soon turned into me actually enjoying it as i got deeper into my lessons Paul was like an angel on my shoulder what a trainer he was I had done 36 hrs of driving in a 44 ton wagon I went onto doing my driving test on the 10th of May and I passed with only 2 minors n that is all down to having a brilliant well experienced trainer (Paul Martin ) thankyou ever so much n all the team at premier fleet solutions. Fantastic experience: Where do I start.... from the first phone call to the day I was handed my C+E pass certificate it has been an amazing experience. PFS are amazing Paul, Sarah, Ian, Di and Hayley the real A team. 2 months in total for me to complete the bootcamp scheme CAT B to C+E. Now I can fine the job of my dreams..... Fantastic experience: I’ve been lucky enough to use premier fleet solutions to today pass my C+E driving test. Everyone here plays their part in your journey from booking your medical theory right through to your test at the end and they make you feel like your their only candidate even though you are not. My instructor was Ian and I couldn’t have passed without his knowledge and guidance. From my first lesson he reassured me and made me feel comfortable having never driven anything bigger than a van. I met Ian while doing a previous category licence with a different company some time back, he helped with my 3A training this time around, really nice guy who gives you so much confidence in what you're doing. Fantastic experience: I had a great few days training with Paul who had his work cut out because of my nerves over sitting another driving test after all these years, he really helped with my anxiety & helped me to iron out my terrible bad driving habits & keep it all together for the much feared test. I've not only gained valuable experience with driving the bigger heavier vehicles safely but also how to drive more efficiently too which will surely save me money going forward with my motorhome adventures. Fantastic experience: 10 Weeks from first contact to passing practical driving test on CE category! While I've been reluctant to contact any driving school due to the reviews I've read online, this school has been recommended to me. From the first call I was greeted properly, given full explanation and full price breakdown,along with a high standard of customer service. My instructor, Paul, who is also the owner of the driving school, was absolutely fantastic through every step and ensured that not only I pass my test,but I will be knowledgeable enough once I start working as a driver. I couldn't praise them and their services more. I can confidently say that it's one of the only times in life when I received more than I paid for.

From the word go Sarah and Paul couldn't of done enough for me. i encountered a few problems just before my theory test and Sarah was always on the other side of the phone doing what she could to help me. Fantastic experience: What an experience. From the start Sarah and Dianne checking up on you when you do your theory, hazard perception and CPC. To then coming in and having the wonderful Corrie teach you the way (of the master) and make it seem easy and comfortable for the test. Corrie honestly hats off. Fantastic experience: After not driving a class 1 for months…contacted Sarah at PFS who booked my refresher sessions with Paul….Had a really good chat with both Sarah and Paul who were both professional, friendly and sympathetic to my individual circumstances and were able to accommodate my individual needs. Getting out with Paul ( I was extremely nervous) Paul was excellent in both his manner and calm approach and put me at ease giving me much needed confidence, and within 30 mins being back out on the road the confidence soon returned… after 3 sessions I felt so much more prepared to get out as a class 1 driver….. Not only were the training and facilities 1st class…Paul & Sarah used their contacts within the industry to put me in touch with a local recruitment agency who offered me work that fitted my domestic circumstances ( single parent) …. Now 4 weeks in with a Sheffield company part of a pallet network taking double decker trailers trunking to the midlands…….Can’t thank Paul and Sarah enough….if you’re looking for quality Class 1 training that’s both professional and personal, I d highly recommend Premier Fleet Solutions.

All the staff are exceptionally friendly and offer their support and guidance for any questions or assistance you may need - special mention to instructor Corrie for his expert knowledge and tuition throughout. If you are looking to open doors towards new career paths, bus, lorry or van, PFS should certainly be your first port of call.

Fantastic experience: I first contacted PFS to enquire about applying for a C1 licence, to drive a motorhome. I do have experience of driving motorhomes but only under 3.5tonnes, as I did not have the relevant category on my licence. PFS answered all of my questions and advised me on the steps I needed to take. It turned out that I was able to reinstate the grandfather rights for Cat C1 onto my licence , which meant I did not need to pay for theory test, practical lessons and tests. PFS Training did not try to charge me for services I did not require and provided support and guidance through the process. Thank you.

They assessed my driving and created a plan of driving hours that suited me, they didn’t make me do excessive hours that weren’t needed! Passed my C1 first time with the help of my trainer Corrie…if I ever need anymore training I will for sure go back to PFS, couldn’t recommend them anymore!!

The instructor Corey was really great, very good at his job, had a right laugh with him whilst learning, really was a pleasure throughout, would recommend using these guys as I passed first time and so very very pleased. Fantastic experience: An overall fantastic experience from the onset of Sarah and Diane setting everything up for me ie medical, theory test etc to Corrie and Paul teaching me the practical skills needed to pass my Class 1 with flying colours due to them setting the bar high to start with. Very friendly atmosphere to be in and cannot recommend enough as they are able to teach you how to drive any kind of vehicle.

Fantastic experience: Just passed my C1 license first time thanks to PFS. Paul, Sarah and Diane are all lovely and super helpful and Corrie is an amazing instructor that always keeps you calm and helps you through all situations. Fantastic experience: I found PFS through a recommendation on a Motorhoming forum. Having just missed out on Grandfathers Rights (passed in April 1997), I was keen to gain my C1+E. From start to finish, Paul, Sarah and Diane have been amazing. Sarah has walked me through all the admin involved in the medical, applying for the provisional and studying for the theory (the learning software is REALLY user friendly). The DVSA took forever approving my provisional but nothing was too much trouble for Sarah and Diane, amending dates for my theory test several times. Paul is a first class driving instructor. Patient, knowledgeable and instils confidence. I felt fully prepared for my test and was delighted to pass with only 2 minors, all testament to Pauls teaching. Finally, I'm not local - I drove a 4 hour round trip to train with PFS and I'm so glad I did!! I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them to anyone.

Fantastic experience: What can I say? Absolutely amazing training school. I originally booked with a company over in Lancashire for my practical training in order to obtain my D licence. After being let down I decided to have another search for an alternative training provider. I fired off a number of emails to various training schools and received replies from all of them. However, what made Premier Fleet Solutions stand out was their quick response and personable approach. As I have already held my C+E licence for 20+ years I felt the transition to a D category vehicle wouldn’t be too difficult of a challenge. However, each the other training providers offered a standard package of between 20 and 24 hours of training. Personally, I felt I may not have needed this many hours. When I contacted Sarah she offered to build me a package that suited my personal skill level, this was great; this flexible approach really appealed to me. After my first day of lessons my tutor Corrie fed back to Sarah and Paul and we agreed on cutting my lessons down to 4 hours on the first 3 days and then a 4 hour session that would incorporate my test on my final day - 16 hours in total. I was over the moon when the examiner told me I’d passed with zero faults. Corrie - my tutor - was amazing, extremely knowledgeable and highly experienced and an overall great guy. Made me feel relaxed, at ease and made the transition from C+E over to D as smooth as could be. I really can’t recommend Sarah, Paul and Corrie at Premier Fleet Solutions enough. The bus they use is a good smooth ride and easy to get to grips with. Overall, an amazing service, great people and delivered the kind of results I was hoping for. I will definitely be using these guys again for my other training requirements. Thanks guys, Much appreciated.

Fantastic experience: I had lessons from other company before I found Premier solutions through Facebook. I hadn't had a great experience with the previous company. Paul made me feel so at ease and explained everything in a way I could understand. If I didn't understand one way he would explain differently. He was so patient and understanding. He very hardworking and efficient. It was an amazing experience to have had the opportunity to be trained by him. Thank you for everything.
