Fantastic experience: I took the PassPlus advanced driving course with Barry after recently passing my test. I'm so glad I did, after doing night driving in difficult conditions and continually driving at high speeds I'm a much more confident driver in any situation. Fantastic experience: I did a refresher course with Barry and it was really good. He is calm and patient and great at building confidence. Hands off unless he needs to be and has good practical tips. The lessons were tailored around what I wanted to do, so general driving, maneuvers and finally a faster day including some motor way driving. Felt like I could confidently get back on the road after the course.

Fantastic experience: I would really recommend Barry, he’s an excellent instructor. He’s strict and tough but I learnt so much from him. Fantastic experience: I have just passed my driving test in the first time today with Barry. Before I couldn't imagine that I could pass the test in first time. Be Wise driving school just made my dream come true. I would say he is the best instructor I have ever met. He is a strictly responsible instructor. He is also very patient and suggests me to watch more videos to build up the knowledge. He didn't shout that's another very good thing. He allows you to make mistakes and help you to fix the issues and let you remember them. In words I would give him 10 stars if I could.

Fantastic experience: Yesterday I passed my test, first time, with zero minors. I’ve had driving lessons on and off for the past 26 years in both Worthing & London, in both manual & automatic cars, with a total of 6 different instructors. Until now I have been an extremely nervous driver, and have lacked confidence on the road & belief in myself. I was determined not to give up, and that’s when I found Barry at Be Wise on Google, and read all his incredible reviews. I felt very hopeful that he would be the one to finally get me through the test, and I knew from the moment I met him that he took his job very seriously. Barry is methodical, he is thorough, he teaches using repetition, diagrams and solid explanation. He takes the time to explain how and why, so that the information stays in your brain. He builds your confidence slowly, so that you never feel overwhelmed. His style of teaching is very clever, I told him he is more like a driving psychologist! The lessons are brilliant, fun, interesting and you learn so much that it’s impossible to fail. The lessons are harder than the test, Barry is very switched on and doesn’t miss a trick! He helps you to perfect your driving skills so that you drive confidently & smoothly, with great precision & knowledge of the car & the roads. Barry does not ask for a review after the first lesson like many instructors… he waits until the end, because he wants the client to be fully satisfied with the whole service. I had exactly 40 hours and not once was Barry late, nor did he ever cancel a lesson. His car is a dream to drive, it’s fully electric & automatic. I can’t thank Barry enough. I never thought I would do it or could do it, and Barry has changed all that. This result will completely change my life and I have Barry to thank for getting me through. I will now be booking pass plus with Barry so that I can master the motorways & country roads, I can’t wait to learn more things & build my confidence even more!

Fantastic experience: Barry is a top-notch instructor. Patient and friendly, but most importantly, his guidance is clear and he provides regular feedback and reinforcement of the principles of good driving to give you the best chance of passing your test, but also to instil good habits in you so you can be a safe driver after passing. And a nice bonus for the environmentally conscious is that he conducts lessons in a fully electric car, which is also very nice to drive.

This was my third attempt to take the test (first time using this school) and I wouldn’t have been able to get through it had it not been for his dedication to teaching and instruction to driving. Fantastic experience: I just PASSED my test yesterday and i want to say big thanks to Barry and Bewise as only because of him i managed to do it from the first time. He is super amazing and patient, he was explaining every single mistake that i was doing and helped me to understand lots of things. Im really glad that i had to change my instructor and i choose him, he made me to get rid of bad habits that i had, and made my driving easy, smooth and the most important SAFE. I was the most nervous driver when I first got in the car for my first lesson but Barry immediately made me feel at ease and made sure that I felt as nerve free as possible! I don’t think I would have passed my driving test with another instructor.
