Negative experience: I had a very disappointing experience with SKL driving school recently. I paid £350 to book 10hrs package in Oct last year. I finished 6hrs training until the year end and due to personal reasons, I couldn’t do remaining lessons. I explained this to Sanjay (driving instructor) and requested him to refund my money for unused hours (4hrs) but he isn’t responding to my messages. When I tried calling him he promised to refund in two days but I haven’t heard from him yet. Just putting my experience here as I do not want other people to lose money as I did. Beware not to book packages with SKL as they do not refund for unused hours.

Fantastic experience: Absolute pinnacle of what you can get from a driving school, both instructors are so good at teaching and are so patient and best explainers, from the start of my journey with them they have been so patient and will not hesitate to take you further beyond if they see you are capable of more, they will always do their best for you which enables you also to learn quicker and not waste any time. You will absolutely get the best service here, they don't waste time explaining as other driving schools tend to do. They will explain to you in the best way you can understand without hesitation, they will critique you as you are driving which sorts out your mistakes as you go along without bombarding you with a lot of information. If you make a mistake they gently explain it to you and give you a lot of positivity while learning and it feels really rewarding to learn from them. You will not get any better than here, I highly recommend them to anyone, whether you are learning manual or automatic, both instructors are very good. They treat you so friendly and positively and are very understanding people.

Manu is an amazing driving instructor as she patient with you and teaches really well, she is also very funny and kind, you don’t feel like your getting lectured and she doesn’t yell at you for making mistakes. Would 100% recommend SKL drinking school if you want to pass first time!

He is extremely thorough and strict during the lessons but same stuff got me passed at Erith practical driving test centre in first attempt. Fantastic experience: First of all, I wish I could give more stars here. I was introduced to Manu by a reference and Thank God I got introduced to her. She is undoubtedly the best instructor. I did not know anything about driving and she patiently, very calmly guided me in my journey to pass my test. She is one of the those rare instructors who genuinely want their students to learn and get on road safely. She cleared all my doubts from the basics and laid a very strong learning foundation. The goal was to pass the exam, yes but the bigger goal was to become an excellent driver and now when I have passed my exam and I am on my own, I feel the most confident driver all due to Manu's excellent driving lessons. I will recommend her to everyone. My examiner too praised my driving and said 'Beautiful driving'. Manu is ready to give her all to all her students to make sure they pass with flying colours and I am very thankful to her.

Fantastic experience: One of the things I wanted with an instructor, was someone with a lot of patience and that was Sanjay. His favourite thing to say when I make a mistake is, "you don't have money to waste". This motivated me to focus to work towards my goal of passing. He is hard was necessary but gentle and encouraging at the same time. I passed my test today 23/1/23. Sanjay believed in me so much, there was no doubt in my mind that I would be able to do it. I can honestly say that if you are looking for value for money, someone who want to get you passing your test quickly, someone who has a ton of patience, then SKL is the perfect choice for you. Fantastic experience: Sanjay is a brilliant teacher who helped me pass. I had 2 other instructors in the past but Sanjay has been the most efficient in teaching me.

Negative experience: Totally let me down a month before my test because I had to cancel a few lessons due to medical reasons. Manu stopped replying to my messages for over a week. Would Not recommend this lady!! Very disappointed as I thought she was a nice person clearly not.
