Negative experience: I recently had a driving experience that was less than pleasant due to my instructor Saeed Ahmad.. Unfortunately, I found his breath to be quite unpleasant, which made me feel uncomfortable during our lessons. Additionally, the car itself had an off-putting odor, likely due to a lack of hygiene and he never on heating. Moreover, I felt that his teaching style reflected a lack of experience, which added to my unease while driving. It's essential for a driving instructor to create a comfortable learning environment, and this experience fell short of that. I hope for improvements in hygiene and teaching methods for the benefit of future students.

Fantastic experience: Thanks for the great BSD to give me such as genius Instructor Tasleem Ahmad , He teach me like his child.. Any mistakes I make on the current lesson he correct them same time if no time correct them on the next lesson.. Also give me full support for my confident.. very friendly Instructor.. Also I'm a women but never felt a man next me.. he is my brother.

Negative experience: I used BSD to cover a test which my prior instructor was unable to attend. I opted into having a two hour lesson along with an addition hour before my test with Sarfraz. Being in a different car, I struggled with the difference with the clutch. This was evident from my initial lesson with Sarfraz. After my lesson I was told I need at least 3 additional lessons (which I did not have time for between then and my test date). I decided I’ll pay for an additional lesson to help me get used to the clutch. When Sarfraz showed up for this lesson, his two children were in the car with him which was a shock to me. We done a whole 2hour lesson while his kids were in the back. Although they were fairly quiet, I felt more pressure while trying to drive due to the children, both of which should have been on booster seats yet they were not. At one point in my lesson, Sarfraz left the car to go into a takeaway shop to get his children some food which took 10-15 minutes, he left the children in the car with me (someone he’d only met once before). He then got me to drive him home so he could get the kids their IPads, this again took about 5-10 minutes as he stood outside his home to have a conversation with someone. During my lesson I feel Sarfraz did not assist me enough with the clutch, instead he opted into teaching me a new technique to parallel park, which was not something I struggled with. As well as roundabouts which did not need much focus on at all (I got no minors for this). Overall I failed my test due to clutch control which I feel Sarfraz could have assisted with me further. I decided I’ll leave this review after the lesson where my instructor showed up with his children, however thought it was best to leave the review once I was done with Sarfraz to avoid any negative energy. I feel as if Sarfraz was attempting to get more money out of me, and overall was very unprofessional by not only bringing his children to a lesson, but also by the way he texts. I hope you resolve this soon as I’m sure I’m not the only person to have a negative experience with him.

Fantastic experience: My instructor was Jamal Ahmed and he’s the best instructor a I could have, he’s patient, he teaches you in the best possible a way for you to understand and make you feel comfortable all the times.. I passed my second time thanks to him..

Fantastic experience: I wanted to share my experience with learning to drive. I had tried lessons with various instructors, but deep down, I felt like I hadn’t truly learned anything. After some time off, I started looking for another option, and that’s when I found BSD Driving School. I had the pleasure of working with H J Ahmed, and from the moment we started, I knew he was different. He was honest with me, saying, “You know how to drive; I’ll just teach you what you need to know to pass without spending too much money.” That’s exactly what he did. I’m thrilled to share that, for the first time, I passed my driving test! Thank you, BSD Driving School, for making this possible!

Negative experience: I had Shafqat Ahmed as my driving instructor for more than 5 lessons. I found him very condescending and rude and never felt calm during the lessons. He would constantly patronise me with unnecessary commentary when I made a small mistake on the road, he would tell me off making me even more nervous to drive. A few times, he would cancel half an hour before the lesson with no explanation and without rescheduling which I found extremely unprofessional on his part. I hope this is taken into consideration and other student has to endure driving lessons the way I did.

Fantastic experience: I just passed my driving test for the first time at Morden today. Special thanks to my instructor, Mr. Sarfraz, who is a brilliant instructor and helped me a lot when preparing for the test.

Negative experience: Samina was an absolutely terrible, dishonest driving instructor. She would book lessons in advance without informing me and lock me out of cancelling them with their "no cancelling within 48hrs" policy It was clear she was trying to get quick money out of me since she never bothered asking for my permission with any of the bookings. The final straw was when she booked a 3hr lesson the day before my test without informing me. Here I was able to spin their 48hr policy back on them and dismissed her as my driving instructor, whilst also pointing out her rude and disrespectful booking practices. She very bluntly and rudely replied "ok" with no apology for what she had done. Not a care in the world whatsoever... Furthermore, the storefront itself is an absolute scam. I remember me and my dad walking in initially to try and book some lessons. We were then very rudely and informally told that we should book online. Upon a closed look, we both saw these very dodgy, shady asians looking at us like they were gonna pull out a knife if we didn't leave within the next 2 seconds. With confidence, I can say that they were definitely pulling off some sort of scam and that the store is a front for something much more In short, avoid these shady asians and look for someone else, anyone else. Edit - I was able find one example (of many) in my archives. I know whoever is in charge is going to dismiss my review so here is proof.

Fantastic experience: I would like to say a huge thank you to instructor Mansoor Dogar at BSD for teaching me the skills that helped me to pass my test first time today with 4 minors at Morden. My previous instructor from a different driving school dented my confidence and so I struggled with undue hesitation. Mansoor taught me in a calm and reassuring manner, and really emphasised observations and planning ahead. He is an excellent manual instructor and I fully recommend him.

Fantastic experience: Thanks to Dogar my driving instructor for having patience and having vast experience within the driving game, this helped me to pass first time so I am extremely thankful. I would choose Dogar again if I required the service another time.

Fantastic experience: Having taken a break from learning for almost 10 years, I contacted BSD and was quickly put in touch with Waseem. He had me test ready in 4 months. He was detail oriented, calm and focused. He made sure I understood before moving onto new skills. I passed my test in my first attempt. Thank you :)

Fantastic experience: I passed my driving test today at Tolworth (London) first time. Thanks to Umair Khan my driving instructor and BSD! Umair's vast driving experience, road expertise and patience have built my confidence when it was at its lowest! Biggest bonus has been Umair's impeccable scheduling and admin skills, always on time and never cancelled lessons so my progress has been consistent!

Hence I almost fought with the management to allocate me only Jamal as my instructor and here am first attempt passed in my driving test thank you so much Jamal and BSD I got same routes what Jamal taught me because he never skipped any area all the tricky areas he covered and he taught me tips and tricks what will cause the failure which really helped me to pass my test in first go ... I’ve taken a couple of Refresher lessons with Ahmad as I’ve already got my full driving licence but have not been driven on my own since then. Ahmad Daud is the instructor I wish I had when I started my journey to become a safe driver! The BSD is lucky to find him as he really cares of his job and students

Fantastic experience: I was taken on only a week before my test and was able to pass with 2 minors. My instructor Jamal was very thorough in terms of road positions and speed, fine tuning my driving ability incredibly well. He also gave me experiences of all types of road conditions - driving me round cities and country lanes in preservation for my test. He was very friendly and reassuring when I made mistakes - pulling over and drawing and visually explaining the rules of the road. I passed my test first time with 2 minors. I would recommend BSD to anyone looking to past their driving test!

Negative experience: THEIVES ABD LIARS NEVER GIT NE A TEST WENT AGAINST THEIRS OWN TERMS AND CONDITIONS. MONTHS IF BACK AND FORTH EOUNG EVERYTHING THEY ASKED, PATRICIA AND THE SO CALLED ACCOUNTS TEAM ARE SO UNPROFESSIONAL. WORST DRIVING SCHOOL! DO NOT REGISTER WITH THEM!!

Fantastic experience: I passed my driving test on the first attempt yesterday at Tolworth test centre. My driving instructor was Shafqat and he really helped me get to know the test routes well and be prepared for the test. I didn’t have a good experience with instructors before BSD but Shafqat was very helpful and thanks to him and the school I have passed.

Fantastic experience: Ahmad doud is an excellent instructor. He pushed me hard and I passed first time today with 7 minors. He really cares about his job abd wants his students to pass.

Fantastic experience: I had a pleasure to practise my driving skills with Ronnie (Rana). There a couple of reasons why would recommend him. First of all, he is super calm. As a noobie driver you tend to make a lot of mistakes. Especially at your first lessons. Everything feels new and strange. Ronnie lets you take you time and simply get comfy first. Second, once you get basic confidence he starts casually introducing more complex stuff to you without unnecessary overload. His approach really works. On top of that he remembers the mistakes you made from previous lessons and focuses on those. That makes each lesson feel like it was crafted for a specific individual. And finally as you approach your practise test, he explains better some nuances of the exam and the way examiners score you. That exposure to actual exam format really helps to set expectations and makes you feel ready. Again, Ronnie – highly recommend.

Fantastic experience: Ronnie was my instructor. He helped me to pass my test at Tolworth(London) with 2 minor mistakes. He is an experienced instructor and he is supportive. He did well in breaking a task to small steps and guide me to think and control my steering wheel to react to different hazards on the road. I was a learner driver with limited confidence and I did have some unhappy experiences about learning to drive in the past. If you share some characteristics with me, then Ronnie and BSD are a good opportunity for you to change your mind.

Fantastic experience: So happy to pass the driver’s license road test! Thanks to my coach Rana, without his patient help and guidance, I believe I would not have passed the exam so quickly. And I want to especially thank him. I contacted him again just a few days before my second road test, hoping to help me arrange tutoring. I thought it was impossible because too late. I didn’t expect Rana to overcome all difficulties and help me. Positive experience: This school has different driving instructors, I had some of them - nervous, demanding in situation as when I made a mistake for the third time, they were upset, angry or even anxious . I also had one instructor who didn't focus on teaching me and focused mostly on my legs. Lucky I never caused an accident! My last instructor was a real teacher - his name was Haziq and thanks to him I passed the test. Haziq does not fit the behavioural culture of the instructors of this school at all because Haziq is polite, honest, motivating with an excellent communication skills and does not waste time. He really knows how to teach and has a lot of patience. I am giving 3 stars only because of previous experience with other driving instructors. Haziq- 5 . Thank you!

He was a calming presence and tailored each lesson to address my weaknesses whilst also working on building my confidence. I understand many driving schools can encourage learners to take more lessons than are perhaps needed, however Shafqat was transparent on when he thought I was ready. Fantastic experience: I want to share my experience with BSD driving. I had four attempts with other driving schools before getting my final pass with BSD. Initially, I had two classes. My beloved driving instructor, Adeel Saqib, said that I needed more lessons, and then we started our journey one week before the final driving test. A few classes went fine, but I had many serious faults in session two days before the driving test; Adeel said he would not take me to the test and called the BSD office to cancel the driving test on this occasion. I want to thank Malathy for not cancelling the driving test. I had one session a day before the driving test to prove it, and I did well. Adeel was happy, and the next day, all went fine. And I was delighted to hear from the test instructor that you have passed the exam. Finally I would like to thank my driving instructor Adeel for his strictness that made me strong to pass the exam. I would say to everyone overcome the nerve, be relaxed and take the exam as you do in your normal classes, definitely you can win through not only driving test but anything in life

Fantastic experience: I would like to express my sincere thanks to Jamal. He made me passed my driving test recently. Before switching to Jamal, my progress was very, very slow and I always had difficulties in steering. Jamal is my third instructor and he is the only one that can clearly point out my issues and help me to rectify it. With his guidance, my problem with steering that has lasted for months was resolved within just 2-3 lessons. I have to say Jamal is very observant and professional. Fantastic experience: I made the decision to find a new instructor after having a not so fulfilling experience with my previous instructor. I found BSD online and was assigned to the Instructor Jamal, without any hassle. Jamal was very professional from the offset, he took time to understand the areas I need to work on ahead of a test I had scheduled and was able to effectively and efficiently teach me everything I needed to know which resulted in me passing my test. Jamal is a very patient and skill-full instructor. He goes above and beyond in his craft, I would 100% recommend him to anyone learning how to drive.

Fantastic experience: Today I passed my driving test with one take pass. Many thanks to my instructor Adeel who is always patient, caring and teaches me many driving techniques with detailed explanations. I can always learn under a relaxing atmosphere. I only first met Adeel in my first mock test arranged by BSD and quickly switched to learn with him a month before my driving test. Negative experience: Came across one of their cars on A217 approaching M25. They clearly don't understand what indicators are for.I was in left hand lane for M25 and indicated to go into middle lane for Reigate - behind me to the right was white Yaris BSD driving school. Instead of dropping back, or moving into right lane next to him, he just moved slowly towards me to close the door - maybe trying to increase my speed in a camera zone. I did think it was a learner driving, but much to my surprise, there was only one person in the car, so it must have been the instructor - does not inspire much confidence.

Fantastic experience: Mr. Wassim is a brilliant driving instructor who helped me pass first time. He instantly put me at ease and overtime has helped me become a confident driver.I thoroughly enjoyed driving with Mr. Wassim and will miss our lessons!!! Fantastic experience: Great company if you put your trust in BSD try enquire for Niroshan he’ll prepare you properly auto or manual can prepare you for both if he knows your ready he’ll prioritise you to pass he got me a rebooking when I failed my first test thanks to him I don’t have to wait til December.

Fantastic experience: After making my own choice of working with different I've worked together with 2 different instructors, BSD had given me Ruban and he’s the best I’ve ever had. He's very understanding , always pays attention to the small details making me a better driver in a friendly manner. Fantastic experience: I was instructed by Mr Inamullah Tahir. Apart from him being is extremely calm and patient he let's you know your mistakes immediately and takes you on the same situation several times until it gets into your muscle memory. One of the most striking quality of him is he explains you with the probable reasons behind each rule DVSA/ Highway code has guidelined and hence you start relating more with the safety aspect of those; as a result chances of you making mistakes in similar situation reduces considerably. Overall, I have a positive experience with BSD and the alloted instructor.

Fantastic experience: After having had a bad experience in 2022 with an instructor who made me lose confidence on the road, it took me 1 years to look for a new driving instructor to pass my driving license. I contacted BSD driving school in February 2023 and they were very kind and efficient, they found me an instructor quickly. Jamal was my instructor and I don’t regret it. Jamal is the best instructor I have ever had, he was so patient with me, and his explanations were so clear and precise, with pictures. He helped me to regain confidence in myself on the road and to fill my gaps. It was a pleasure to do my driving lessons with him because I knew I was going to improve. Even when I thought I couldn't make it, that I was going to fail, he encouraged me and took all the time i needed to re-explain and show me each maneuvers. Today on 6 June 2023, I passed my driving test, it's as if all the words of encouragement from Jamal were in my head, I applied everything he taught me.
