Fantastic experience: Shams & his supporting team of drivers have been really helpful to me in passing my Automatic Car Driving Test in the very first attempt today ! He is kind, supportive , uses constructive points to help out mention mistakes & ensures you improve on them. The language he uses is exactly as encountered on the day of test. He has taken me on most driving test routes around Swindon focusing on being a safe driver , following road signs & using roundabouts. His schedule is usually packed but he will take time for you if he feels you need more practise / mock exam. I would highly recommend him as a driving instructor!

We had only 3 lessons of 2 hours each but they were so detailed and focused. Shuhana is a goal getter and her feedbacks are very objective. He was clear and concise with instruction, and was very calm and considerate when explaining to me that I did something incorrectly. He knows Swindon really well, and took me to Wootton Bassett to practice in a new town, which again he knew fluently. I also want to mention Kay, who facilitated everything well and was prompt with replying to any email queries I had. I will be recommending everyone start with Level Up if they are looking to learn to drive.

All throughout my lessons, he was incredibly patient with me and made sure to keep me at ease. His lessons were structured very well and he would tell me what my next lesson would be about which I found helpful.
