Fantastic experience: I can’t recommend John highly enough as a driving instructor! He truly made the entire experience both fun and safe. John has a fantastic sense of humor that made every lesson enjoyable, while still being incredibly patient and professional. He takes a genuine interest in your life and wellbeing, which makes the whole process feel personal and supportive. His instructions are always clear and easy to follow, and he creates a calm, safe environment to learn in, which is perfect for building confidence on the road. Unfortunately, I had to relocate before I could pass, but I have no doubt I would have seen it through to the end with John. Thank you so much, John, for everything—you’re an amazing instructor, and I’ll always appreciate the time I had learning with you!

Fantastic experience: I recently did my crash course and unfortunately didn’t pass but Peter was so supportive and so helpful throughout the whole course and made me into a much better driver than I was before. Looking forward to hopefully keep working with Peter to get my pass 2nd time round :)

Fantastic experience: This is coming from a mum, whose daughter has just passed her driving test. If you live in Oxfordshire and its possible for you to have Mark as your instructor. You will never meet a nicer guy. He instantly put my daughter at ease and she thoroughly enjoyed her intensive course with him. The whole thing from booking to her actual test, ran smoothly. I cannot recommend A Pass 4 U and Mark enough. I would highly recommend both.

My son had had some lessons elsewhere but was not improving so we booked a four day intensive course with Andrea in Southend and got a test on the last day which was incredible. Andrea took my son from being a very nervous and anxious driver to being fully competent, confident and happy. And he passed Thank you.

I’ve been taking driving lessons every week since January and could not get a test until December. I come across your company doing an online search and started a 15 hour intensive course with, I’ve got to say a really good instructor,Felix very good man to learn from and basically I can’t thank him enough. Fantastic experience: A Pass 4 U were amazing, they managed to fit in the intensive course and test within a short window due to work constraints. The instructor steph was brilliant, she built me up from little experience to being able to pass my test with 30 hours of teaching. Fantastic experience: I had been recommended by a friend (who passed first time) to get a crash course with a pass 4 you, I had a 20 hour course with Stephanie in Basildon. I can’t thank her enough for the job she done and making me feel so confident on the roads. Her teaching methods are amazing and any issues I had she ironed out and made sure I was test ready. I was really nervous starting off and she really put me at ease and believed in me. Cannot thank her enough ❤️ I would highly recommend anyone around the Basildon/southend area to try get booked in with Stephanie, this was my first driving test and I passed first time! Her method is well proven!

Fantastic experience: Thanks to A Pass 4 U I was able to pass my practical driving test first time around. I am so very thankful to my driving instructor Gary who was incredibly patient with my anxious self and motivated me to carry on in stressful/ daunting situations until I managed to build my confidence. What really amazed me about the course was that my instructor encouraged me to make mistakes (due to dual controls) so I could fully understand where I was going wrong and and how to fix the problem as well as tailoring his teaching method in a way that I could understand (many diagrams). In turn I built the skills needed to drive safely for the long run and not just to pass the practical exam. Overall I would highly recommend A Pass 4 U (specifically Gary) to anyone looking to learn how to drive or improving on their driving skills due various options of hours/prices :)

Fantastic experience: Brilliant! Lou was a terrific driving instructor. She put me at ease and you can teach an old dog new tricks. I've been driving for 20+ years overseas. I learned a number of things from Lou I'll not forget. She was amazing. Booking the time in was super easy as well. The team were pleasant to work with, understood the constraints I had on scheduling and were able to accommodate... and the best was, I passed! I would have still given Lou an great review even if I hadn't passed. She is top notch!

Fantastic experience: When I was booking the assessment and course, it was very smooth and communicated well with me. When I took the course my instructor, Sandra was amazing. The way they taught me was repeating the same actions, until I was confident and to think and act accordingly and in good time. I passed my test with no minors and I couldn’t have done that without Sandra. I would definitely recommend a pass for you and definitely Sandra as an instructor.

Fantastic experience: Andrea was great! Plenty of open communication and she was a great teacher I didn't go to test but it was due to some final aspects which will need time rather than intensity to polish. Can't thank Andrea enough for taking me from almost zero experience all the way to confidently managing dual carriageways, maneuvers and tricky road situations.

Fantastic experience: For me, I found it to be a really simple and easy way to book an intensive course, and gave me good security knowing I had secured fixed lessons and hours within a timeframe suitable for me, and with a test guaranteed at the end. I really recommend, I ended up with a great driving instructor and passed first time within 2 weeks of learning how to drive- mind you I’ve never driven in a car previously !!

Fantastic experience: I am completely blown away with the service I have received from APASS4U. I rang up feeling demotivated and fed up with driving. I decided to do an assessment and try and get my driving out of the way. They paired me with Artan. After our assessment we decided 20 hours would be sufficient. After a 3 months wait (schedule around the next available test date), I completed my intensive driving course; Thursday, Friday, Monday and Tuesday. I passed first time. Artan was a great laugh, really knowledgeable and funny. Though had a strict side which I really appreciated. As a person who wants to pass first time and is seeking perfection, knowing that Artan accepts nothing but the best was a great instructor to have with me. I cannot recommend Artan and APASS4U enough. I have friends that are up at 6AM looking for their tests every morning, but with APASS4U, they find the test for you and take the hard work off your hands. I am extremely pleased. Thank you so much for your amazing help!

Positive experience: Really good and mostly smooth. All staff very friendly and I passed first time, so they must be doing something right . My only slight niggle was a miscommunication between the office team and my instructor when organising which days I would be taking lessons on. We were able to work around it though, and it wasn't a major problem in the end. Other than that, super efficient and I would recommend. Thank you to my instructor Louise who made the whole experience very comfortable and enjoyable throughout. Thanks to her, I will constantly be checking over my right shoulder for any "cheeky monkeys" trying to sneak ahead of me on a single lane road .

Fantastic experience: I have just completed my intensive with Jon. I cannot thank him enough. So much patience but knew how to word what needed to be said so perfectly that it gave me nothing but confidence. Even when I questioned if you brake with the clutch foot, and then tried to experiment with said foot to remember you most definitely do NOT brake with your clutch foot through all my nonsensical rambling and reminding me to concentrate. All of your pointers and tips. Thank you so so much I can't express my gratitude enough. Nothing but patience and knowledge behind him and I couldn't recommend a better instructor.

Fantastic experience: I was a nervous driver as I hadn’t driven in a while because of university. John helped build my confidence up with a 3 day refresher intensive course (15 hours) and I passed with 1 fault :) I couldn’t be happier, John really helped build my road confidence up and assertiveness when driving, as well as refining and teaching me new techniques without changing driving style too much! He taught me not just how to pass the test but also prepared me to be a safer and conscientious driver long term. John is an excellent teacher and gives a person centered approach when teaching. I’m very grateful to have had him as my instructor!

Fantastic experience: I would recommend A Pass 4 U to anybody looking to pass their driving test whilst gaining the skill, knowledge and confidence to get out on the road on your own. I believe that the process of an intensive course, follow up lessons and test was the only way that I was ever going to pass. I never felt like passing my test was beyond my reach, even during the more difficult times. A Pass 4 U and my instructor Lee were crucial to me passing my test.

Fantastic experience: I can’t express enough how good my driving instructor louise (lou) is . she made me feel comfortable and this would be my first time having her as my instructor but my 3rd test and i only got 2 minors . i had such bad habits and she fixed them straight away. she is so postive and lovely and i just cannot express enough how happy I am . booking was also very easy and they made sure i got a test asap which was excellent. I passed and I wanted to say thank you so much.

Negative experience: i'll start by saying, my instructor with Pass4U was friendly, nice and calm- which is great. However, he was constantly cancelling my lessons late at night the day before my lesson, or a couple of hours before. The first few times it was no issue but after the 6th time i decided to switch to a smaller local driving school (which i highly recommend doing) and had an amazing experience. Pass4U did absolutely nothing about my instructor cancelling so much, and as you can see they only really respond to the good reviews. If i had cancelled my lesson a few hours before or even late the night before I would of been charged for the full lesson, it's a double standard and it's not right especially when I had taken later shifts at work, so i could work around his availability. Another thing to add, he was always late. most of the time it was 5ish minutes which wasn't too bad, but sometimes longer and he never added the extra time to the end. I felt strongly as if it was all about the money for him rather than helping me pass, I had done around 5 months of lessons and still hadn't covered big roundabouts or parking despite being a confident and good driver, which i later understood was strange- aswell as the fact that he sent a message on the 29th of Jan to say their prices where going up on the 1st of february, and cancelled my lesson on the 31st to a date after the 1st clearly so he could get more money. I can't speak on all the pass4u instructors, but i can say that if your instructor cancels on you more than 3 times in a row, find a new one asap.

Negative experience: Please do not book with this company. I booked a 30 day instensive course and it’s now been over a year and had no help from the company trying to rearrange things after multiple attempts. I have asked for a refund and they are doing everything they can to prevent that although I have not got what I paid for.

Fantastic experience: My experience was amazing! I was paired with an amazing instructor called Felix and he was such a lovely man and really built up my confidence in no time. Unfortunately my first test got cancelled last minute and A pass 4 u handled it so quickly and booked in another one for me 4 weeks later.... which I just passed today!!! Amazing company with great Instructors I would recommend it to everyone I know who is learning to drive!!

Fantastic experience: I took a 10 hour intensive course with Felix in Brentwood... I cannot fault anything about my experience with A Pass 4 U. The only thing I regret is that I didn't do this sooner! Felix is a brilliant teacher and explained everything I needed to know to pass the test with such clarity. His knowledge and passion for helping people get on the road is brilliant. The booking was also great. I enquired, then received a phone call from a lovely lady (can't remember her name sorry!) who asked me all the relevant questions and helped guide me to booking the right course. In terms of securing a test, this is also unbeatable. I couldn't get a test in Brentwood AT ALL, and the fact that it is included in the intensive course gave me peace of mind. Seriously, if you're thinking about it, do it. I really struggled with a previous driving instructor and lost a lot of confidence. Felix restored it in no time! From meeting him on Tuesday to passing on Thursday— I am over the moon! He's fab. 100% recommend to anyone.

Fantastic experience: I had an intensive driving course with Neil and he was brilliant throughout the course . He made me understand all the corrections I need to make with my driving . He was making sure that I have full understanding of car , road markings etc . He was very patient through out and also helped me in understanding my strengths and weaknesses . His continuous encouragement and teaching helped me clearing my exam in one go.

Positive experience: The booking process was pretty easy and they found me a date for a test at my preferred test centre really quickly which is unheard of post pandemic. It would be good to have somewhere you can check online or an app to see your account/booking and how much you've paid or how much you have left to pay etc. As I forgot and then couldn't find the letter that had the info on. My experience doing the intensive itself was good althoughit really us very intense/stressful, but my instructor Artan really helped bring me up to speed quickly as I was new to the area. He got me test ready in a short amount of time and I passed! I got more confident on all the things I was scared of too like big roundabouts, A roads etc. He even got me on the M25. So grateful and had a positive experience all round. Thanks Artan and Pass4u!

Negative experience: Took my course in Norwich, good booking service and did learn valuable skills, however my instructor completely knocked my confidence on the day of the test and led me to believe I had no chance of passing, which I believe set me up for failure. Went into my test a nervous wreck because of this and unsurprisingly failed. Was also made to feel like I had done something wrong on the way back from the test as my instructor barley said a word to me and seemed frustrated and annoyed, so therefore I decided not to use his car for retest as didn't feel comfortable to do so. Took my retest today in my own car with no additional lessons and passed with no minors, so now believe my instructors attitude towards me was a large part of why I made the mistakes I made on the day, and would be interested to see how I would have done if i was encouraged rather than put down.

Fantastic experience: A pass 4 U are brilliant, I was very nervous on my tests so it took me a couple of times but A Pass 4 U rebooked as soon as they could every time - my instructor was Artan and he was absolutely amazing start to finish, he knew exactly how to help me with my nerves and helped me so much, he also made every lesson enjoyable, glad to not be doing anymore lessons but will miss Artan loads! Thank you all for your help (especially you Artan!) for me finally passing my test!!

Fantastic experience: The whole experience was great - Sandra was helpful, professional and always tried to adjust the learning to my needs - 10/10 service and I would recommend this to any dedicated learner who wants to get stuck in and learn how to drive quickly and efficiently.

Positive experience: Extremely easy booking, found me a test within a few days, passed 1st time after a 35 hour course with them (did 7 hours previously but years ago). My instructor Ben was very knowledgable, knew the Brentwood area very well and understood what we had to work on to pass, ironing out my bad habits etc. It’s an intense course but a great way to get driving quickly. I’m an anxious person so if I can do it, anyone can. Worth noting that although you pay for 35 hours for example, you really get closer to 30 hours driving time as you’ll have breaks here and there (which are needed). More than understandable, but I wish this was made very clear as I would have booked more hours to account for this. My advice: completely new drivers should go for 45 hours - 50 hours, take your time and get confidence, you’ll feel a lot calmer in the test and on the roads once you pass (which is highly likely going this route). Definitely recommend but my only advice to the company is to make clearer that there are 30 minute breaks on average during the 5 hour block lesson days. Thanks :)

Fantastic experience: I cant recommend pass4u enough, they were incredible from start to finish, easy to pay in instalments, very quick with finding a test date, but the biggest thank you and credit goes to Ray his is an excellent driving instructor, he was so calm throughout and on the test day reassured and calmed any nervous I had. I’d never felt so confident and comfortable behind the wheel and I’ve been having lessons for 5 years previous to my course. Thank you Ray and thank you pass4u.

Fantastic experience: Exceptional service from start to finish. Trevor my instructor was amazing, I was a nervous driver prior to my lessons with him and within 25hours of lessons I felt like a safe and confident driver. Fantastic experience: Excellent intensive driving course, with an exceptional driving instructor (Ben!) I couldn't reccomend this enough!! When I would start to lose focus Ben was patient and persevered with me to gain it back, which ultimately led to a 1st time pass. Fantastic experience: So glad I decided to use A Pass 4 U. Tried to get my license years ago but gave up, but now I managed to pass first time with only 2 minors. Having the 2 hour assessment first gave me the opportunity to see if my teacher was the right person for me and I got an amazing teacher called Felix. Can’t recommend him enough, waited 3 months just so I can have Felix as my teacher and was worth the wait. Thanks again so much I never thought I’d be able to get my license but thanks to you I’ve now finally done it.

Fantastic experience: I had a great experience with Pass 4 you costumer service, everything was done very quickly. As well as my instructor Tony was very professional, friendly and would always challenge me during the lesson, that made it easy to understand and learn driving faster. Tony was good at explaining my mistakes and how I could improve them! Thanks to him I passed first time with Pass 4 you! I am very happy to have had Tony as my instructor and to have booked with Pass 4 you !

Fantastic experience: Thanks to Artan and APass4U for helping me pass my driving test today! I can’t recommend this enough for any first time driver, the intensive courses help to build your skills very quickly and the instructors are very friendly and experienced. Artan was excellent in building my confidence and preparing me for the test. Definitely worth the time and money!

Negative experience: Disappointing experience! I booked an intensive course for 40 hours as this is the maximum hours offered & what’s recommended for a person of my level of experience as it says clearly this course is suitable for complete novices. I had problems from the first day with the instructor pulling out of lessons due to “vehicle problems” & I received 28 hours training in the allocated time which was supposed to be 10 days as apparently 3.5 hour sessions are adequate for my allocated instructor; that doesn’t include the half hour breaks which are apparently mentioned in the t’s & c’s. I feel the training could’ve been handled better at times although my main concern is not getting what I paid for as I paid £1645 for 40 hours training and my test. My instructor decides I’m not ready to take my test which was already prior booked at a time that’s to late to change or postpone (not surprisingly after 20-25 hours at the wheel) so the whole experience has left me somewhat disappointed with how this company has dealt with me. I would recommend people to take smaller courses as they won’t charge you for breaks. I actually lost 10% of my time to this, so bear it in mind anybody thinking of dealing with this business. They will take your money alright!

Negative experience: Would never recommend doing the 7 day intense residential crash course in Birmingham. The instructor is sexist, openly admitted that he never cleans his teeth & had the worst breath, it was vile. His car was very old & stiff, it was also dirty and cluttered and to be honest he just wasn’t a good teacher. It’s really upsetting because I paid all that money and really didn’t get my moneys worth I’m still in the same boat unable to drive, please don’t waste your money. Also, the driving instructor told me that people rarely pass the intensive crash courses anyway so there was no point in me doing it (really encouraging!)

Fantastic experience: Great experience throughout, amazing staff! 5☆ Took a 40h intensive training, they booked my test and managed all the process for me. My instructor was brilliant, very patient and knowledgeable. In the end I've passed with only 2 minors. Could not recommend them more! See you on the roads

Fantastic experience: An amazing experience from start to finish. Visiting the branch to book and enquire was made easy and everything was explained. I was given an assessment drive which was told would be the best way forward to work out how many hours I would need. I was rather nervous but Julie my instructor made me feel at ease from day 1 and also gave me the confidence to believe in myself. She was a very professional driving instructor who gave me so many helpful tips and who made it clear any areas I needed to work on if I wanted to pass but in a very friendly way which made me determined. I am forever grateful.

Fantastic experience: I would like to recommend John L as a driving instructor. I have learned with many people but John is by far the best. Makes things so simple to understand and coaches you through the process. As a nervous driver he make me comfortable and confident when driving. If you are thinking of taking lessons or booking a course, just go a do it. Tell them you want John and you’ll pass!

Fantastic experience: I undertook an intensive driving course with Neil and from the start he was great. Continued to explain everything clearly and thoroughly and answered all of my questions even if I thought they were silly. Neil really made me feel at ease and I couldn’t thank him enough. First time pass today with one minor - over the moon.

Fantastic experience: Couldn’t be happier, passed first time with one minor in Southend after completing a 25 hour intensive course with instructor Ray Brown. He was very calm and patient with me and made the lessons enjoyable. 100% recommend.

Positive experience: I took a 2 hour pre assessment as was told I’d need 35 HOURS intensive crash course to pass. I’d already had multiple lessons and this really threw me off. I booked 30 hours instead and even then I could’ve done it in 25 absolute maximum. Be careful what you are told in the pre assessment as it seems my instructor was more interested in money. But once I started the course Tony was perfect. Worked on my weaknesses and helped me believe I could do them and I passed with 3 minors!

Fantastic experience: What an experience! Can I take a moment to call out both Rachel and Lorraine. Rachel really helped me feel confident and comfortable from day 1 as some one hadn't taken a test for 10 years it was a dream. The flexibility and contact to be able make some adjustments to the hours to accommodate me moving house was also really appreciated. Lorraine was also able to support on taking myself on a mock test halfway through the course. This really helped to focus my learning and was a real luxury Both absolute professionals - very lucky to have them on as your instructors! Many thanks again - and to Rachel & Lorraine I'll make sure I wave!

Fantastic experience: The whole experience was amazing. From the really helpful customer service from the office to the professional and friendly manner of my instructor. I took my course in Lincoln with Sandra as my instructor and I have to say she was excellent! She is very knowledgeable and doesn’t rush through anything you don’t understand. She also shows a genuine care for her pupils and explains everything thoroughly so you are well prepared before you take your test. I passed first time thanks to Sandra and a pass 4 u!!

After 15 hours of city driving with Jon (Norwich) I have to say he’s the best instructor around, absolute pleasure to learn from him and have had a great laugh with him, he changed life forever and I’ll always be grateful for what he’s done for me. Thank you all for how easy the booking process was and how quickly we were able to start lessons. A huge thank you to Jon for being an absolutely class instructor!

Fantastic experience: She passed this morning! 100% recommend. I was looking for someone to do an intensive course with my daughter who had failed previously with a local instructor. What really stood out to me with this company was that no money was asked for until dates and times were confirmed. We 1st booked an assessment and her instructor Jon (Norwich) told us she'd need 15hrs. A test was found and we arranged the hours around the test date (then I sent the money over) Jon was very pleasant to deal with and my daughter said he was very chilled and a good laugh. She passed this morning and she's thrilled, Thank you Jon, you've changed her life by getting her through 1st time, All the people in the office were great to deal with too and Jon was an awesome instructor. I only wish we'd come to you guys first. Thank you again, from both of us :)

Negative experience: My partner booked with a pass 4 u after reading the review The overall arranging of the intense course and the date of the test was really good. However the actual driving instructor was extremely inflexible. Times would provided on Monday and whilst she could change them I wasn't allowed. I once ask to finish my driving lesson at a different location 14 minutes away from my home - wouldn't do it. I also asked to adjust the time slightly again nope. Which just seems ridiculous. I wasn't put forward for my test after the intense course; but when I asked how many more hours I needed she wouldn't/ couldn't tell me apparently. Nor when my test would be rearranged for. She made me use my hours up and refused to cancel my lesson so I could save them for test day. So I now need to buy more when my test is rebooked. She also said I might have to use my own car as she was busy. Overall felt like she didn't care one bit there was no flexibility nor was she any help with moving my driving forward. Which is extremely frustrating. I therefore can't recommend the company and would suggest you take your money somewhere else. I'm going today k!

Fantastic experience: Done a 25 hours intensive course with apass4u (Artan as my instructor) and honestly I couldn’t recommend it enough. Right from the beginning the process for booking the course was straight forward and easy and even throughout the 25 hours I felt comfortable and confident in what I was doing with artans help. Passed with 1 minor and am absolutely over the moon with the service I received, if you haven’t already and need to get driving this is the company and place for you.

Fantastic experience: A very efficient and prompt service, arranged everything I would need for the course....their choice of instructor was exemplary, karen was a real credit to the company, a no nonsense approach to teaching ....cool calm and insightful ... i had no previous driving experience, but passed first time...couldn't ask for more than that! Negative experience: Started really positively with great communication. Only saw one review about my instructor (Lee) and it was incredibly positive so I was looking forward to it. First lesson went great with the second being okay. And just instantly downhill from there being told that I must have problems/issue while I struggling to centre myself of the road properly, him muttering 'f me' to himself when I made a mistake such as an unnecessary gear change and repeatedly telling me I would fail despite making good progress. and then often switching up at the end of the lessons and said I did well...make up your mind. made one serious fault by correcting my front bay parking in my test when it wasn't necessary, with three minors, and was told after that I would need another 10 hours of driving practice. I contacted APass4U and they had a retest within 2 weeks, but insisted that I could only have it with my previous instructor. Obviously big no on my end, and after asking if I could pay extra to keep my test date that they found me and I would find an instructor privately, said that they dont do that for noncustomers despite me paying 1.5k for my past course with them. Also when I said I had issues with my instructor I was told that "it doesn't sound like something Lee would do" which I obviously wasn't lying about... so take from that what you will i guess.

Fantastic experience: Although on this attempt I failed my test... That's was down to me and in no way should it reflect on the Tuition I received.. Jonh was fantastic with me throughout the whole course... I made couple of serious mistakes on my Test.. But that's for me to own.. I plan to stick with John (if he'll have me) with regards to re taking my test after a few more lessons. His patience, knowledge and encouragement were Top Rank.... Thank you John.. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐
